Types of shipping and delivery terms applied in Italy.
Pay and Collect in Store
It is possible to order or purchase products, collecting them directly in-store, without any additional cost.
Standard Delivery € 6.50
Home delivery, the expected times vary from 5 to 7 working days; couriers, even though deliveries generally occur within 4 working days, never guarantee delivery within the estimated times. This method is still optimal for those who are not in a hurry.
Express Delivery € 10.00
Home delivery, the expected times range from 24 to 72 hours; deliveries generally occur within 48 hours.
Insured Deliveries
With the increase in the value of the cart, and exclusively producing precious metals (defined by art 1 L. 30/01/68), in addition to precious and semi-precious stones, shipments are expected with a slightly higher cost than the aforementioned Standard and Express.
The amounts will be visible in the cart at the order stage, so it will be possible to decline without obligation to purchase.
VERY IMPORTANT
In case of package tampering, the customer who accepts the shipped goods without objecting to the courier any tampering of the packaging and/or content, will assume all risks and consequences, automatically exonerating both the courier who delivered the package and the company Rosanna Berti. Therefore, in case of collection by the customer without reservation and in the face of evident signs of tampering, the company Rosanna Berti is not responsible in any way for the same infractions or thefts.
In any case, at the time of receiving the package, the customer is required to verify its perfect integrity. If the package shows alterations in its conditioning or evident tampering, the customer is requested to return the package to the sender without ABSOLUTELY accepting its collection, or to open it in front of the delivery staff and, if necessary, immediately and simultaneously file a complaint with a related "claim" in writing with the courier.
